Once your search results list appears, you may sort the data by Author/Editor, Title, and Copyright Year by clicking on the column header. Simply click on any one of the titles to view the product page for the item selected.

PLACING ONLINE ORDER
- Elsevier uses state-of-the-art security provided by VeriSign ensuring that sensitive information does not pass through unencrypted.
- Once you have found an item you are interested in purchasing, follow the steps below to complete your secure online order:
Books and Other Media:
- From the product page, click the "Add to Cart" button to place item in your cart.
- To view item(s) in your cart or to check out, click the "Check Out" button.
- Verify that the correct items are in your cart and click the "Check Out" button at the bottom of the shopping cart page to proceed.
- Fill in the required billing and shipping information (registered users may have these fields already populated) and click "Continue" to proceed.
- Review your order summary and billing/shipping information, enter payment information (for credit card orders), and click "Place Order" to complete transaction.
- Once your order is submitted, an electronic receipt will be sent to the e-mail address you provided. Your order will be processed within 24 hours of receipt excluding weekends. You can expect delivery of in-stock items within 7 to 10 business days.
Periodicals, Year Books, and Advances:
- From the product page, select the desired subscription type and single-issue information from the dropdown menus.
- Click the "Add to Cart" button to place item in your cart.
- To view item(s) in your cart or to check out, click the "View Cart" button.
- Verify that the correct items are in your cart and click the "Check Out" button at the bottom of the shopping cart page to proceed.
- Fill in the required billing and shipping information (registered users may have these fields already populated) and click "Continue" to proceed.

COUPONS AND CERTIFICATES
Coupons and certificates may be added to your shopping cart by entering the Certificate Number on the Shopping Cart page. Please note that coupons and certificates may not be used to purchase Advances, Clinics, Periodicals or Year Books and no refunds or credits will be given for unused coupons and certificate balances.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
All prepaid individual consumer orders receive free shipping and handling within the United States. Shipping and handling charges will apply to orders placed by institutions or businesses.

RETURN POLICY
You may return books and electronic products (excluding PDA software, online service products, and downloads) within 30 days from the invoice date for full credit. These items must be in saleable condition.
